Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zennor Atelier (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us, purchase our online creative services, or work with us on a project.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing details, business name, project requirements, communications, feedback, and files or materials you submit.

Project materials may contain personal information about you or other individuals. Please share only information you are authorized to provide and avoid sending sensitive personal information unless necessary and expressly agreed.

Our storefront and its service providers may also collect device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring pages, interactions with the website, and cookie or similar technology identifiers. Payment information is handled by payment providers. Do not send full payment card details through email or project messages.

2. How we use information

Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals or estimates.
Process orders, payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
Deliver creative services and manage project communications.
Provide support, manage revisions, and resolve disputes.
Maintain website security and prevent fraud or misuse.
Improve our services and understand website performance.
Send marketing communications where permitted and consistent with your preferences.
Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests subject to your rights, or act on your consent.

3. Cookies and preferences

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where enabled, analytics or advertising. Nonessential technologies are subject to applicable consent requirements.

You can manage cookies through available website privacy controls and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option; essential order and project messages may still be sent.

4. Sharing information

We share information as needed with service providers that support our storefront, payment processing, hosting, communications, project collaboration, and other business operations. Our storefront is hosted on Shopify.

Information may also be shared with professional advisers, where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

Project materials are used to deliver your services, not as a general authorization to publish confidential work. Any public portfolio use is subject to the agreement described in our Terms of Service.

5. AI-assisted services

Some projects may involve AI-assisted creative tools. Where a tool would process confidential materials or personal information outside the agreed project environment, we will obtain your authorization before submitting those materials.

You may request an alternative workflow before work begins; this may affect scope, timing, and pricing.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Project file availability is governed by your project agreement; please keep your own copies of delivered work.

7. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the relevant contractual or other lawful protections.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Where applicable, you may appeal a privacy decision by contacting us and explaining the basis of your appeal.

You may also submit a complaint to your local data protection authority where applicable. Browser-based privacy preference signals are handled where required by applicable law and supported by our website configuration.

9. Children and third-party links

Our services are intended for adults and business clients, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

Third-party websites linked from our website have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our operations or legal obligations. The updated version will show a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms govern use of the Zennor Atelier website and purchase of our online creative services. By purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the project scope accepted by both parties.

A written project agreement takes precedence where it expressly varies these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Services and starting prices

We provide remote creative design and visual communication services. The following prices are starting prices in USD, not fixed quotations for every project:

Creative Design Consultation: From $200
Social Media Design Package: From $350
Digital Advertising Creatives: From $400
Presentation Design: From $500
Marketing Materials Design: From $450
Visual Content Package: From $600
Campaign Creative Design: From $750
Digital Illustration: From $350
Infographic Design: From $300
Editorial & Layout Design: From $500
Creative Concept Development: From $450
AI-Assisted Creative Design: From $400
Digital Brand Asset Package: From $750
Creative Direction Package: From $1,200
Monthly Creative Design Support: From $1,500/month

Final pricing depends on deliverables, complexity, turnaround, licensing, and scope. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed before purchase or approval.

Physical products, printing, media buying, and advertising spend are not included unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility and project acceptance

You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter into an agreement for yourself or your business. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payments for services not supplied.

3. Scope, timing, and client responsibilities

Deliverables, formats, schedule, and milestones are set out in the accepted proposal or order description. Work begins after required payment and receipt of a sufficiently complete brief.

You are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, instructions, permissions, and timely consolidated feedback.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Client delays or scope changes may require a revised schedule. We will communicate material delays and discuss an appropriate remedy where required by law or the project agreement.

4. Revisions and additional work

Unless your proposal states otherwise, design deliverables include two rounds of consolidated revisions within the original brief. Consultations do not include design deliverables or revision rounds unless specified.

A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback. New concepts, additional formats, substantial changes to an approved direction, or extra rounds require a separate estimate and your approval before additional charges are incurred.

Please report defects or departures from the agreed scope promptly. Revision limits do not remove your statutory rights concerning services that are defective or not as agreed.

5. Payments and monthly support

Payment schedules are disclosed in the proposal or checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before work starts. We may pause work for overdue payments after notice.

Monthly Creative Design Support covers only the agreed monthly capacity and scope; it does not mean unlimited work. Recurring charges apply only if you expressly enroll in a recurring plan with its billing terms disclosed.

You may cancel renewal before the next billing date through the available cancellation method or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; current-period refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Unused capacity does not carry forward unless agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to materials you provide and grant us a limited permission to use them to complete your project. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

After full payment, we assign to you our transferable rights in the original final deliverables created specifically for your project, unless your written agreement provides a different license.

This excludes unused concepts, working files, internal methods, templates, pre-existing assets, and third-party materials. Editable source files are included only when listed in the agreed scope.

Fonts, stock assets, software, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. We will identify material licensing requirements relevant to the deliverables. We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright protection for AI-generated elements. Trademark clearance and registration are not included.

7. Confidentiality and portfolio use

Each party will use the other party’s confidential information only for the project and protect it with reasonable care. Exceptions include information already public, independently developed, lawfully received elsewhere, or required to be disclosed by law.

We will obtain your written permission before publicly displaying nonpublic project work, your name, or your brand as a portfolio example. Publication by you does not authorize disclosure of confidential drafts or information.

8. AI-assisted creative work

AI-assisted methods may be used where disclosed or agreed. Outputs are subject to human creative review, but may resemble other outputs and may have legal or platform-specific limitations.

We will not submit confidential client materials to external AI tools without authorization. Tell us before work begins if your project prohibits AI-assisted methods.

9. Acceptable use and results

You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purposes.

You are responsible for verifying the factual accuracy and regulatory compliance of claims in your supplied content and approving final materials before publication.

We do not guarantee sales, advertising performance, audience growth, platform approval, or other commercial outcomes. This does not limit our obligation to deliver the agreed services with reasonable skill and care.

10. Cancellation, remedies, and liability

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a problem arises, contact us so we can investigate and discuss correction, replacement, or a refund where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential business losses. Our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to fees paid for the affected project.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

11. Disputes and changes

Please contact us first to seek a good-faith resolution. Applicable law and court jurisdiction will be determined by the project agreement and mandatory legal rules, including any consumer protections applicable to your location.

Updated Terms apply to future orders. Material changes to an existing project or recurring arrangement require notice and any agreement required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Refund Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Zennor Atelier provides customized online creative services, not physical goods. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for consultations, design projects, creative direction, and monthly support.

Mandatory legal rights take precedence over this policy.

1. Before work begins

If you cancel before project work has started, we will refund payment for the unperformed services.

Any deduction for a separately completed consultation or other agreed service will be explained and itemized. Payment processor fees are not automatically deducted from your refund.

2. After work begins

You may request cancellation at any time. We will calculate the value of services already performed using the agreed milestones, rates, or a reasonable documented allocation of the project price.

Approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs may be included only where disclosed and authorized.

Any prepaid amount exceeding the value of completed work and authorized costs will be refunded. We will provide an explanation of the calculation.

Deposits are not treated as automatically nonrefundable merely because they are called deposits.

3. Consultations

You may cancel or request rescheduling before a consultation begins. Completed consultations are generally not refundable solely because you decide not to proceed with a project.

If we cannot provide a scheduled consultation, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for the unprovided consultation. Any no-show or late-cancellation fee must be disclosed and accepted separately before booking.

4. Delivered work and quality issues

Completed work that conforms to the agreed brief is generally not refundable for a change of mind or a new creative direction.

If work is incomplete, defective, or materially inconsistent with the agreed scope, contact us with the order details and a description of the issue.

We will review the concern and, where appropriate, offer correction, completion, replacement, or a proportionate or full refund.

You are not required to accept revision attempts where applicable law entitles you to another remedy. Included revision rounds do not replace statutory remedies.

5. Monthly Creative Design Support

You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. No further renewal charges will be made after effective cancellation.

If you cancel during a paid month, a refund may be available for the unperformed portion, calculated against work already completed and capacity or services already supplied under the agreed monthly scope.

Simply choosing not to submit requests does not automatically create a refund entitlement where the agreed service includes reserved capacity that was made available to you. This does not affect remedies for our failure to provide the agreed service.

6. If we cancel

If we cannot continue a project, we will notify you, provide completed paid deliverables where appropriate, and refund prepaid amounts for services not performed.

Any additional remedies required by applicable law remain available.

7. How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email support@zennoratelier.com with your name, order or invoice number, service purchased, and the reason for your request.

Include relevant examples or project correspondence when helpful. Please do not send payment card details.

You may also contact Zennor Atelier using the following details:

Phone: +19702899084
Email: support@zennoratelier.com
Address: 125 S Howes St, Fort Collins, CO 80521

We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. Reviewing a complex project may take longer; we will keep you informed. This response target does not limit any legal deadline or right.

8. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. We aim to initiate an approved refund within ten business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. We will confirm when the refund has been initiated.

9. Rights in refunded work

Rights in work for which payment is retained remain governed by the project agreement.

If payment for a specific deliverable is fully refunded, any permission to use that deliverable ends unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law provides otherwise. Your rights in your own original materials are unaffected.

10. Consumer cancellation rights

Customers in some jurisdictions have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or cooling-off rights.

Where an express request to begin services during a withdrawal period or an acknowledgment concerning digital content is required, it must be obtained separately through the appropriate purchase process.

Displaying this policy alone does not waive those rights.
